In most cases, your order will ship the same day if placed before 12 pm central time. If placed after that time, it should ship the next business day. You will receive tracking information and confirmation of shipment when your order ships.


NOTE: If you are purchasing a silencer, please read the following: A silencer purchase requires a transferring FFL/SOT dealer to facilitate the transaction. It cannot be shipped directly to you, it will be shipped to a licensed FFL/SOT dealer of your choosing. Before we can begin the process we must receive a copy of the license from the dealer. To help speed up this process, when you make your purchase through the Silencer Store website, simply type in the name of your FFL/SOT dealer under “company” in the “ship to” address and put their email address in the comments section. If you are unsure which dealers in your area are authorized to make this transaction, you may contact us and we will email you a list of those close to you. Once your chosen dealer sends us their license, we will begin the process from our end and ship the silencer to your dealer. You will be sent an email letting you know that the silencer has been shipped. Your dealer will help you complete the background check and other paperwork requirements before they can transfer the silencer to you.

The process is fairly simple but does take time due to NFA delays out of our control. Canceling a placed silencer order before processing will result in a 10% restocking fee. Canceling a silencer order after paperwork has been filed will result in a 50% restocking fee. If you are familiar with silencer purchases, then you understand the process, but if you don't, we suggest you visit your local class 3 dealer before making any silencer purchase.

To be eligible to purchase a silencer you must be a resident of the United States,be legally eligible to purchase a firearm, pass a BATFE background check, and be at least 21 years age.If you live in the following states it is currently illegal to purchase or possess a silencer: California, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont..

Refund policy: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please contact our office via phone or email to receive your RMA confirmation number in order to proceed with refunds and/or exchanges. Because of the nature of firearm suppressors and the NFA regulations surrounding them, all suppressor sales are final as long as the correct, undamaged product was received by the customer. All XCaliber products carry a limited lifetime warranty.
