Refund Policy:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it in. The item(s) must be unused. You must contact our offices via email to obtain an RMA number. All sales will come with instructions and a return form. This form MUST be included and properly filled out to be eligible for a refund. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (services and silencers). Because of the nature of firearm suppressors and the NFA regulations surrounding them, all suppressor sales are final.

The shipping cost is non-refundable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Contact our office via email at [email protected]. Please provide the order confirmation code and the item(s) you are requesting to return. Please supply a brief description and reason for the return. In most cases, an RMA number will be issued within 24 hours (if requested during business hours).
