A SeaFire Diamond Fixed Barrel Mount is needed when using a pistol silencer on a fixed barrel firearm. The mount provides a more solid connection when attaching a silencer to a firearm. It prevents premature wear and tear on the springs, pistons, and boosters of a silencer when used on a fixed barrel.
To install, remove the piston cap and piston from your silencer (leave original spring), secure mount onto silencer and you are ready to go.
